Palindromes

Glitter Words
Word play is lots of fun!  We’ve been searching for palindromes.  Palindromes are words that are spelled the same way forward and backward.  Bob, dad, did, mom, peep, radar, race car, pop, toot, eye, Anna, madam, and level are all palindromes.  Can you think of any others?  You can even write an entire palindrome sentence:  Dee saw a seed.

Numbers can be palindromes too.  When you add two palindromes together, the sum is another palindrome!  232 + 141 = 373

These are palindrome boxes.  Read the words forward and backwards.
